Not required to reapply upgrades! (You can reapply upgrades directly without having to meet the ten images requirement for Upgrade Reapplier; this upgrade is simply for upgrades that would otherwise be difficult or impossible to reapply normally.)

Ignores the reqs of individual upgrades; CANNOT be used at the same time as applying new upgrades.

CAN reapply event/limited upgrades that are rare or would otherwise be difficult to reapply. (example: shaped core, shaped iris, ect.)
